Payment / Dispatch / Tracking

We accept payments via PayPal which includes credit cards, via Credit Card or Debit Card as well as Apple Pay.

Alternatively, payment by bank transfer (EFT) is available. For orders received with bank transfer (EFT) as the selected payment method, the automatic confirmation is forwarded by e-mail which contains the bank details (IBAN/BIC) and relevant information.
Note: the 2% discount automatically applied is only for online orders with pre-payment by bank transfer.

After receipt of (full) payment we will forward an Order Confirmation (PDF) by e-mail listing the ordered item(s) and showing the expected delivery date.

Once your consignment has been dispatched you will receive the final invoice (PDF) and tracking-link by e-mail.
For consignments not delivered via transport operators the invoice (PDF) will be forwarded by e-mail after successful delivery.
