Delivery Lead-Times

The following delivery lead-times are estimated based on information submitted by parcel service providers and experience. Consignments are generally dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and days the business is closed or undergoing stock-take assessment.
We do our utmost to process and to dispatch the ordered item(s) on the same day an order is received. Depending on the time of day an order is received, stock availability, collection cut-off times and office opening hours an additional working day may need to be added to the below estimated standard delivery lead-times.

Standard 1 - Ireland: approx. 1-2 working days

Standard 2 - Northern Ireland: approx. 1-2 working days

Standard EU-Zone 1: approx. 2-3 working days

Standard EU-Zone 2: approx. 3-4 working days

Standard EU-Zone 3: approx. 3-5 working days

Standard EU-Zone 4: approx. 3-7 working days

Consignments delivered by pallet, truck or trailer may be subject to additional transport charges, which will be displayed within the order process. The estimated delivery date for such consignments is specified in the Order Confirmation (PDF) to enable the customer to arrange receipt of the goods.

If the dispatched consignment has been returned to us (reoccurring failed delivery attemps), the renewed delivery will result in an additional transport charge. Delivery is via Parcel Service, unless stated otherwise.
