Twin Pump Control Panel in 400V with motor-protection and "duty standby assist" to automatically operate 2 pumps (each with a current rating of 2.5-4.0A). The dual pump panel is used in sump chamber installations and water supply systems where enhanced operational safety is required.
Twin Sump Pump Control Panel | Duty Standby Assist
A pump control panel with "duty standby assist" offers signficantly greater flexibility and uses the full potential of a dual pump installation setup.
This allows to cover the performance level for standard operation as well as unusual high demand during e.g. freak precipitation events (drainage sump chamber) or higher water-supply demand (rainwater harvesting system).

Duplex Alternating Pump Control Panel
The dual pump control panel switches 2 pumps with alternating duty. The automatic switch-over after each pumping cycle ensures both pumps are used equally. In the event that motor-protection of one pump is triggered, the automatic supply is upheld with the remaining pump.
Pump | Duty Standby | Pump Operation
The pumping cycle is activated when the contacts marked "Operation" are closed by an external switch such as a pressure switch or float switch. Only one pump is in operation, while the other pump remains switched off. The external switch connected to the contacts "Operation" determines automatic pump operation via the control panel. It is necessary/mandatory to connect a pressure switch / float switch (additional accessory) to enable automatic pump operation.
Pump | Assist | Peak Load
In order to use the remaining non-operative pump as backup support, the contacts marked "Peak Load" are available to connect an additional external switch (e.g. pressure switch or float switch). If the contacts are closed by the external switch device, the 2nd pump in standby is activated additionally to assist the 1st pump. The assist function via the contacts "Peak Load" is an optional extra and does not have to be used!
