EBARA DW / DW VOX | Submersible Pumps

EBARA DW/DW VOX submersible dirty water sewage pumps are manufactured entirely from a single sheet of 304 stainless steel using the patented EBARA pressing method.

The pumps are available with single channel impeller (DW) for sludge-based mediums or with open VORTEX-impeller (DW VOX) for mediums also containing long-fibred materials.

All models are equipped with double mechanical seals to ensure a long service-life and prolonged reliability to withstand continuous duty operation in demanding wastewater applications.

EBARA DW/DW VOX pumps are suitable for drainage water, wastewater as well as dirt-saturated surface-water and lightly-screened sewage water containing solids up to 50mm.

Typical applications include removal of treated effluent waste, drainage sump chambers and flood-protection pump chambers required during freak-precipitation events.

The pumps have a horizontal discharge and should therefore be operated fully-submerged to ensure sufficient cooling of the motor.

Single-phase versions of EBARA DW/DW VOX submersible pumps are available with (MA) and without (M) automatic float-switch.  Three-phase versions of the pump range are not equipped with a float-switch.

Pump control panels with external float-switches can be included to facilitate automatic operation of three-phase pumps.

Additional pump accessories include flanged-discharge connection and equipment for pump chamber installation with guide-rails.
